We get to know our client’s needs in a personal or online meeting. The property is inspected in person and, from there, we prepare the floor plan and layout concept. First, we present our ideas with mood boards and wall views. At this stage, personal or online consultation with our client is especially important to ensure that the subsequent design is based on the agreed concept. On this basis, we start building the 3D model and the photorealistic visual design, which provides a realistic image of the future space. Once the concept and visual designs are approved, the detailed design begins.
The construction design documentation includes the following plans: demolition, masonry, furnishing, cladding, lighting, bespoke furniture, electrical and mechanical concept plans, which may be supplemented by other plans in special cases). At this stage, the co-designers ⎯ mechanical, electrical and structural engineers ⎯ are involved in the project. The preparation of the consignment list (cladding, mobile furniture, custom furniture, sanitary and lighting) is also part of the documentation. This design phase takes more time, but regular consultation is no longer necessary.
